That’s is literally the attitude which is making Land Rover that paper money. That said it isn’t a problem though as long as the vehicle can actually go off road.

You can take anything off road, you just might not be able to get it back on road or go very far. ;)

I drove a 2013 Land Cruiser yesterday (stickers at $61K!). It was, uh, big. It has many fiddly bits to do off-road stuff that I didn’t immediately understand because of odd abbreviations. There was a useful button above the ignition that said “View” which is apparently Toyota-speak for front and curb-view cameras of semi-low resolution.
Other than the spaciousness, I can’t imagine getting one over a Range Rover. Despite the “engineered to last 25-years" thing.
